As of 1 April 2025, Ayrshire Housing and South Ayrshire Council will no longer operate a joint application form.

You can apply for housing with South Ayrshire Council via their website.

To apply for an Ayrshire Housing property, begin your application by registering with your email address and a secure password. If you do not have time to finish your application, you can save your progress and return later.

Once your application has been completed it will be assessed in line with the allocation policies and timescales of each organisation that you applied for. You will then receive a letter advising of the points that have been awarded to your application.
